Our Mission
We help protect homes, culture, and history. We honor the past while creating safe and fair opportunities for future generations to live and succeed in these neighborhoods. Using our skills in architecture, engineering, and construction, we rebuild in an ethical, community-led way. We focus on clear communication, quality work, and accountability. We build more than homes— we build belonging, opportunity, and a strong community led by the people who call Altadena and Pasadena home.
Our Principles
- Integrity & Equity
We commit to fair treatment, fair pricing, and fair opportunities for Black and Brown communities. - Transparency
We promote clear communication about project costs, timelines, and expectations so homeowners are never left in the dark. - Quality & Safety
We support rebuilding that is code-compliant, structurally sound, and built to last. - Community First
We prioritize local, Black and Brown-led rebuilding that keeps families rooted in Altadena. - Collaboration
We believe in working together—homeowners, rebuilders, advocates, and partners—to rebuild in a way that honors everyone.
